what is alpha?
Alpha is an 11 week course that runs once per week on a weekday night, with one weekend meet-up during the course.

It's designed to be a safe and open place where you and others can explore life's big questions, faith, and where God fits in.
​
We're running Alpha online in our Facebook group, starting on Tuesday 11th January 2022, but don't worry if you missed the start, we'd still love to see you. Try Alpha online!
how does it work?
Alpha Online, works slightly differently to the way Alpha is usually run. Our online Alpha course will be run through our facebook group, Oxclose Church Online. To find out more about what that is click here.
Videos are posted to the group on Friday. You've then got until Tuesday night to watch the video whenever you feel like it. (Don't worry, we'll post a reminder in case you forget)
On Tuesday evening at 7:30pm we then video chat to discuss our thoughts and questions. Then on Wednesday evening, Rob (our Digital Lead) goes live on our Facebook and Instagram pages to talk through some of his thoughts there.
when/where is it?
Fridays at 7:30pm (Facebook group) - Videos posted in the Facebook group, Oxclose Church Online, for you to watch in your own time.

Tuesdays at 7:30pm (Facebook group) - Video call in the Facebook group, Oxclose Church Online, to meet together, discuss our thoughts and opinions, and ask questions.

Wednesdays at 7:30pm (Church Facebook page) and 8pm (Instagram) - Rob goes live on our Facebook and Instagram pages to talk through some of his thoughts on the week's video.
